2. Scope of Services & Regulatory Disclosures

No Real Estate Brokerage Services: SKYSS California Estates operates exclusively as an Owner’s Representative, Asset Coordination, Strategic Advisory, and Interior Design consultancy. SKYSS California Estates is not a licensed real estate brokerage, law firm, or property management agency.

Independent Licensed Professionals: SKYSS California Estates does not engage in activities that require a California Department of Real Estate (DRE) license pursuant to Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 10130. All real estate brokerage services, formal property listings, contract negotiations, and escrow services are facilitated through independent, fully licensed California Real Estate Brokers and third-party professionals.

No Signatory Authority: SKYSS California Estates does not hold power of attorney or signatory authority to execute legal contracts, lease agreements, or financial commitments on behalf of clients. All agreements are entered into directly between the client and the respective third party.

No Client Funds: The Company does not collect rents, handle security deposits, or hold client funds. All financial transactions for third-party vendors or maintenance are handled directly by the property owner.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, text, and graphics on this website are the property of SKYSS California Estates and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SKYSS California Estates, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our advisory services, third-party vendor performance, or real estate market fluctuations.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
